Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Qadda. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review the following terms and conditions before completing your reservation.

01. Reservation and Payment Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed upon successful completion of payment.
The amount paid at the time of reservation will be fully deducted from the total food and beverage bill upon arrival.
If the total bill exceeds the amount paid, the guest is required to pay the remaining balance.
If the total bill is less than the amount paid, the remaining balance is non-refundable, subject to the terms disclosed at the time of reservation and applicable laws.

02. Arrival and Reservation Time

Guests are requested to arrive at their scheduled reservation time.
In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be considered canceled, and the amount paid will be subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

03. Seating Duration

The standard seating duration is two hours from the scheduled reservation time.
Extensions may be granted depending on table availability and management approval.

04. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable if the guest cancels the reservation or fails to attend, in accordance with the published Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable laws.
If Qadda cancels a reservation and is unable to provide the service, the amount paid will be refunded.

05. Venue Rules and Regulations

Guests are expected to comply with the venue's rules and regulations.
Management reserves the right to take appropriate measures to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

06. Payments

Payments are processed electronically through the available payment methods during reservation.
In the event of a duplicate charge or payment error, guests may contact management to review and resolve the issue.

07. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By completing a reservation and accepting these terms, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to their rights under applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
